I recalled putting sticker earrings on my black Sony walkman to make it "sparkly." And then it hit me. Sticker Earrings! What the heck!? How awesome were those?!
I had my ears pierced in kindergarten... but I still retained my deep appreciation for those funky, colorful, geometric sticker earrings.
Let's hear it for sticker earrings! WOOOOOOT!

We went for family pictures once, in a professional studio, and in those photos I am rocking the stick on earrrings!
I used to put them on the corners of my eyes...I was clearly a special child.
I do believe I had those exact sticker earrings. You know, just in case I couldn't figure out which earrings to stick on which day of the week.
OMG sticker earrings!! I was a HUGE fan of slap bracelets, even though they were banned from school. Oh and those circle things you should pull the end of your shirt through? SO COOL.

In other news, I'm moving this week and going through old things. And donating my discman (the 90s walkman). Anywho...it made me just a bit sad to let the old relic go.

Bahaha, me too! My ears were pierced when I was 3, I think..but I swear I totally wanted to wear these!
sooo awesome. i still don't have my ears pierced and when i was a kid sticker earrings were the best thing ever. though i don't recall them staying on too well and just ending up stuck all over the house.

I used to loooove these things! My ears were pierced but I would take out my earrings JUST to rock these babies LOL I actually bought some a couple months ago b/c I was craving them again, Freakin hello kitty stick on earrings! My sons may or may not have enjoyed wearing a few of them as well, except apparently wearing it as a BINDI was more their style :D
I caught the tail-end of these in the nineties! I used to love those little earring things, actually, if I were given them now I think I'd still love them. (I rocked a walkman right up until the millennium as well... I had a hard time letting go to say the least.)
I absolutely LOVED those! Do they still make them?? I didn't get my ears pierced till I was 7 so I had LOTS of time to wear the stick-on ones.
Omg, I did the same thing as Jossie Posie. Corners of the eyes were THE cool thing for awhile!

Somehow I remember having sticker earrings stuck in my hair by the end of the day.
Woot Woot!!! Those were the best! I think I'm gonna go out and buy some to wear to the 80s prom I'm going to in a couple of weeks!
I have my walkman in my car as I write this. My car has that aux plug-in intended for an mp3/ipod player... well I totally use it for my walkman! I listen to all my mixed tapes from back in the day, itz awesome!

Oh, and I still own slap bracelets and still wear them when I go out... seriously you have no idea how many people still think they are totally awesome!

i loved sticker earrings! especially since i had to let my ear piercings close up twice, sticker earrings were my friend.
I LOVE STICKER EARRINGS! i still feel a little nostalgic when i see them on occasion in an avon catalog or something and am half tempted to get some to bling something up. hee.

omg -- you tagged the 'days of the week' kind for your photo... you rock. i remember those! we sell something shockingly similar at joann's,... though they're marketed as scrapbook embellishments. we DO have foam-covered slap bracelets within the 'kids camp' summer stuff. ha! :)
jossie possie, i enjoyed putting the star ones by my right eye, but it was so i could pretend that i was rainbow brite or jem... :)
also, i didn't have any really cool la gear sneakers... but i did have a pair of glow-in-the-dark, high-top, giraffe-print converse all-stars. they were my favorite shoes while they fit!
Ohmigosh I had forgotten about them. I refuse to get my ears pierced cause I loved them so much. Slightly weird, yes.
Those were amazing! Yet they never stayed on my ears so they were a little awful too.
