My bachelorette party is Saturday and I'm really looking forward to a low key evening with some of my favorite ladies. Andrew and I have both instituted a very strict "No Strippers" rule, so instead we will be drinking delicious craft beers and singing our hearts out at my favorite karaoke locale.

I love the necklace. Octopuses (Octopi?) used to freak me out because they were like the ocean's version of spiders, but I have to admit that necklace is very cute.
Also, I had my 1st pumpkin spice latte of the season yesterday, and it was heavenly.

Us Canucks have LaboUr Day this weekend, you guys have Labor Day, and in the end it equals a wonderful three day weekend for all :D

I had my first pumpkin spice latte a couple days ago. I went into Starbucks for an iced mocha but then I saw the big sign about the pumpkin spice lattes. Of course, I had to get one. :)

That's the original Starbucks logo! Only one storefront exists with the scantily clad mermaid. It was considered too scantily clad for anywhere else in the world besides Seattle, apparently.
