My precious
I got a raise this week. Nothing life-changing. Just a little extra cash each month on my paycheck.
I won't actually see the money until the end of the month. However, you would never know that if you saw the way I'm spending cheese the past few days. Please. I need an intervention.

I have always wanted a miniature giraffe to stumble around my house on its long, miniature legs. He would be my height and it would be perfect!

Congrats on your raise! Yay! SO exciting! And I'm loving those shoes! That color is beautiful! I wish I was better at walking in heels or I'd buy more! Ha- I'm the same way - I would have spent the raise before I got it too!
p.s. You asked about my job ... I'm a writer at a concert-trade magazine - we focus on the business side of touring. Usually I have to rewrite articles, write photo captions, boring stuff like that. Other times I get to do stuff like this -
